Today marks a small but important milestone for Animal Hospital. Two artists enter the catalog at once, each fulfilling loudness from opposite ends of the spectrum.

Interstate Highway Twenty-Five arrives with Romeo, Juliet, and the Frozen Wasteland, a dark ambient single that leans into the titular cold. Long, droning textures unfold slowly, evoking isolation more than head-on impact.

On the other side of the coin, N3O, as Painful Item, debuts with Painful Item 8, a 12-minute harsh noise release that wastes no time on subtlety, but takes some time away from completely pummeling you.

Together, these releases outline the extremes Animal Hospital is interested in hosting. We want to cover ambience AND saturation, restraint AND excess, all united under high volume.
