Nice Nature

Nice Nature began as random ideas within de Topi's bedroom circa late 2023. What came out didn't really belong to any single genre; vapor-adjacent ambient in the vein of their last project Shinkai De, soft guitar sketches, and noisy, mathy melodies.

Over time, the project shifted from experimental demos to a more intentional sound, still hazy around the edges but steadier in genre in tone. The unnamed project officially became Nice Nature in the fall of 2025, where de Topi joined with experimental musician Nilah Nazarene to form a duo, making more traditional music than either of them are exactly used to.
